Our Building & Homes Design Service
At Hassell Free Designs, we offer a full building & house design service. What does this mean? It means you come to us once you have purchased your land and we work through your list of requirements for your new home which includes building materials that you have in mind and number of bedrooms etc. That is essentially “the brief” and gives us an idea of the style you’re after – it’s important to get this right, so if you’re after modern beach home with expansive glass, then that’s what you’ll get!
Depending on your location we’ll probably also do a site visit, to look at the slope of the land, neighbouring properties, position of the sun, easements etc.
After working with you on your house design requirements, the draft house or building plans will be presented and then any adjustments can be made as required, until the final plans are approved by you.
The building or house plans will then be detailed and finalised before being presented to you ready for submission to an engineer or for building approval.
